Immigration

Considering that America itself is a land of immigrants, it spends unbelievable amounts of time, energy, and money on undocumented people.

Immigrants (both documented and undocumented) are valuable to this country and its people in a multitude of ways including agriculture, food production, and contributing to programs like Social Security (many times without receiving any benefits from them).

 

 

The NDP Approach:

1. Provide a 1-year path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants (4 steps - apply, background check, citizenship test, take the oath)

2. Implement an Open Borders policy for North America and Central America
